As a licensed counselor, certified life coach, and wellness educator, I enjoy the creative process of working with individuals and couples who are seeking a more vibrant life.  

I combine my professional knowledge and experience with a personal enthusiasm and curiosity to create an environment of energetic collaboration.  I am especially interested in helping clients identify core strengths and opportunities to apply those strengths in creative ways. 

I offer a two-step, solution-oriented approach. The plan focuses first on clarifying goals through a series of focused discussions and assessments, and then on strategizing and customizing solutions. With this client-centered and interactive method, I help clients identify and refine valuable insights and skills with which they can elevate their lives and reach their goals. 

In order to maintain and develop resources to share with my clients and the broader community, I sustain meaningful involvement and collaboration with other health providers, educators, and spiritual leaders.  I have extensive training in a variety of  research-based interventions which allows me to customize practical tips, strategies, and insights for my clients.
